To all those Old Punks. This should probably be called 'Old Geezers making music in their bedrooms'. Isn't it funny that we start off with a tennis racquet playing air guitar to or favourite band in our youth in our bedroom and all these years later we are banging out tunes in the spare bedroom that doubles as a studio!

Barberella's Birmingham under the name The Skids,a few months later because of some guy's in Scotland we had to change our name to The Firm, years later that name also got nicked,we should have registered it.I just read a great book called "77 Sulphate Strip" its a must read for that time,check it out!

Comment by Avant Gardener on January 30, 2011 at 5:31am: I don't know if I could call myself much of a CBG player yet, since I am still tweaking my first build fro this week, but I was there for the early Los Angeles punk scene at The Masque, The Starwood, Hong Kong Cafe, and others. I was playing in bands all through high school and signed the petition to bring The Clash to L.A. I didn't play guitar back then, drums were my instrument.
