Brian,

That would be really awesome!! I play a regular 6 string guitar but have never played a CBG so I really dont know which to pick? Do they have all have frets? Can i play one throught an amp? I will just leave it up to you, so whatever you think is best. I would be thrilled and appreciative either way!! Thank You!

I do not have anyone in-mind and since brian replied to anthony first it seems only fitting and I would be honored to have you send me one. I would like to know find out if this awesome program includes sailors, too. I am currently training in Corps school in Great Lakes, IL and working/studying my butt off to get first pick orders to be a Hospital Corpsman in the Fleet Marine Force.

What kind of instrument are you looking for? Someone here can likely supply you with the setup you'd like.

# of strings?
How long?
electric or acoustic?
standard fretting or strumstick?

Hello everyone! My name is Alex and i would love to get my hands on a CBG!! I have been playing guitar for a while and have been looking for something more unique to play and this is it! I am not sure what you all are providing but i would love anything! I am bored to death in IRAQ and need my music. I was wondering if any of you guys have made banjos before? If not i think a 4 string would be great! I am not familiar with slide guitar but i could give it a shot. I also dont have a amp here so it doesnt need to be electric it would be nice for when i get home but not necessity. I would be greatful for anything! Let me know so i can give you my address. This is really a blessing!

Hi Alex,

 

I don't have any banjos or 4 stringers available, but I have two 3 stringers left. I have to build some more. LOL.

If you would rather have a 4 string, maybe one of the other builders might have one now, or have one soon.

it would be the Punch Grand Cru or the La Gloria Cubana. The La Gloria has a twangy sound more like a banjo, the Punch is deeper, more guitar sounding.

I like the Punch one! It looks really clean. Is it amplified? I would have to figure out a way to get a amp out here that would be way cool. Thanks alot for the interest. I would love to get the Punch. By the way, are there tabs for 3 string? or do you kind of just play by ear? thanks again!!
