william, you'll be fine with that guitar - it has no frets - just lines where the frets would be and markers on the side of the neck -you will start out using an open tuning that will allow you to play chords easily with a slide and some melody on the treble string as well - that will get you going - i'm honored that you are using the pic for your profile - i brought my stuff to finish the amp to go with it into the house and i should get it pretty well done tomorrow - so i'll send the guitar, an amp, slide, cord and some picks so you'll be all set - give me your address so when i get it all done i can ship it

matt, i'm all hooked up with sgt. denson - i've never heard back from you or mike davis and i'm wondering if he received the guitar and stuff i sent him

William, you may want to remove your email address and send it to him in a PM. If you leave it up here for very long, it may get "harvested" by spammers looking for legitimate email addresses, and your inbox may get flooded with junk email that you can never get rid of.

Thanks again for your help. I am catching on. I'm a little slow with this computer stuff. Also just wanted to say that is a beautiful peice you have as your profile picture!
