try 7zip. its completely free and opens zip and rar files.

I have been using ZIPEG to unzip files and it works reliably...its here
http://www.zipeg.com/

for some reason lots of ppl have issues with unzipping files.(is it a mac/pc thing?) anyway.. i have given them the zipeg link and it always works....hopefully for you too.

if you still have issues, email me and i will get it to ya another way....even mail it to ya for free.

nah, won't let me unzip it, just keep getting the message ( you using winzip or something else )

sleeper, downloaded the file and tried to unzip but got an error message : the archive is either in unknown format or damaged.
anyone else have this problem? maybe i should just download again.
