What would you call this tuning...

I'm experimenting with this tuning. Its Open D with the top as C: D F# A C
I are not a musiclical theorician (I doesn't know them musical theories).

Seriously tho, Its been quite a while since I'd had any music theory and can't seem to put a finger on what this would be called.

Might have answered my own question. From what I can see, this is a D7 chord and thus might be called ....

Open D7 tuning.

Any one think different?
