If you shred some of the chorizo  spam  on a cheese grater and mix it with eggs, it's pretty damned good on a tortilla with cheese and fixin's.  Nice guilty pleasure, goes' right well with a beer or a bloody mary!

This makes me wonder... Is it nuts to buy a product just for the can? This makes me want to make a Spam canjo.

I've also seen some jumbo tuna cans (maybe 8" diam x 5" high) that would make a good banjo. But that's a lotta tuna!
