Yes that is indeed uncanny. I was sure he was lip synching to Cash.
To embed video instead of linking to video:
Right click on the video, select "copy embed HTML"
In the menu at the top of the Ning reply dialog box select "media"
Paste in the saved embed HTML information, select "ok" and Viola!
