Guitarist Creates Song With One Note & a Few Pedals

Ok, first thing's first... I love the Electro Harmonix Pitchfork Pedal.  It allows you to change the pitch of your guitar or even add octaves to it.   I personally use mine to add just a tiny bit of low and high octave (barely noticeable) to my electric cigar box guitars. 

What Nathan Shafer has done below is radically different.  He has taken one note -- in this case, a G -- and put it into a repeating loop.  Then he tweaks several pedals to create a beautiful soundscape song, similar to new age music.  Just watch:

Very cool concept! I just got my Pitchfork and am learning how to best incorporate it into my Pedal board. This pedal does allow you to build some amazing layers.

Very ethereal man ! Terry Riley's "A Rainbow In Curved Air" meets Kraftwerk's "Autobahn" . 

I used to see adverts for the Boomerang phrase sampler in the mid 90's in Guitar Player magazine but never heard / seen one used before. I don't think we got them in the UK.
