First CBG finished
Here is my first Cigar box guitar. It is playable but I still have some fine tuning to do and address a volume pot problem. I may stain the neck with tru oil soon. Thanks to all the help from the guys on theis forum. I just got 4 more pieces of popular and 8 more boxes...lol....I'm hooked...lol. Click the attachments below for some closeups

Looks great and congratulations! An ambitious first build!
Piezo pickups are finicky with volume pots. Try a 1M pot...
BTW: It's not an addiction... I could stop at any time... I just don't want to! :-) I'm working on #27. I keep finding excuses to sell them or give them as gifts so I can make more!

Chris, Very nice start for your first CBG. My first got me hooked as well and I had several things to work out to make it play the way it should. It's a learning activity that gets better. So many boxes, so little time.
