Anyone use inlay stickers?

I've searched the web and lots of people are saying they are good to use and last a long time, one person said he's had them on almost 2 years with not problems.

 

I was wondering, has anyone here used inlay stickers for cbg, are they any good?

I've been working indoors recently, my shed is on it's last legs.  Getting a new one this week hopefully!  It's bloody freezing just now.
