Comment by Tom Talarico on October 25, 2017 at 7:10am: I was charged duty on a relatively small order. Some fretwire, a few guitar straps, and a couple sets of tuners if my memory serves me. On the custom declaration the contents were listed as musical instrument parts. When customs listed it as a musical box I was charged duty and a customs processing fee making the extra fees and shipping was more money than my order was worth. What really irks me that if I want to appeal the charges I would have to do it by snail mail.....not worth the effort...
