Loads of fun today with Matt building my second CBG. (Thanks, Matt!!) I learned ALLOT, and had a great time hanging out with an old buddy. We probably coulda got more done if we had not spent so much time talking, but I really enjoyed it. We turned out a sweet sounding low action fretted CBG that is fun to play..now I can learn the cords and scales!! (Pics on my page)

Hey Matt. DGBe. Top (high) 4 of a pack. :-) You could do anything I suppose DGBD, ADAD/DADA, I've even done DF#AD (Open D). Any tuning that will fit the strings and how they would be tuned in standard tuning.

One other note, I tune mine 1/2 step lower, so DGBe is actually DbGbBbeb .

Hey Wes! Got a request for ya.
Since you seem to be in the 4 string bidniz, and I just built a 4 string, how about some 4 string love spread around?
What is "standard tuning" as you call it on you page?
I would like an open tuning and some chord fingering of you could help.
