hey guys just alittle info please
hey guys, I just have a question. can any radio be converted into a amp? i have a Arvin Transistor 8. and a Bulova tube radio they both have cords. do i just have to tap into the volume pot.? please help

no not all can be guitar amps!...you can hurt yourself...the battery powered are best, but check this out...try at your own risk!
Rodeny fruits did it!..but I only do battery type

Thought I'd hijack this thread rather than start a new one as my question is on the same track.
I've acquired a Panasonic ghetto blaster - AM FM Short wave and tape.
I haven't taken it apart yet but 2 questions.........
It's battery and mains. What I've read on here says that using mains is dangerous. How about taking the 9v from a wallwart and using that on the battery terminals?
I assume the tape head is stereo. What do I need to do to have guitar sound thru bith channels?
