If you mean shield it, then nope. I am pretty sure shielding isn't really necessary with a piezo.

 No isolate it so it's not in contact with the tin , i'm thinking if it's in contact with the tin every time I touch the tin i'll be grounding it or not that's why I asked the question

Nope. You do not need to isolate it. I have built 6 or 7 film can Kodakanjos -made from film cans that are ferrous metal- and I never isolate/insulate the jacks. No problems.

Personally I don't think it really matters.

I build tin CBG's fairly regularly, and never found the need to ground the jack....and that includes piezo, single coil & humbuckers.

The only instance where you'd really need to insulate the jack, is if you get a ground loop problem.

Depending on what tin you are using, you might need to insulate the piezo, or put stuffing in the tin....they can be a pretty shrill tinny sounding guitar without some sort of dampening.

A good reason to isolate is to reduce the extraneous noise a piezo picks up.  Putting it in a slice of pvc pipe with hot glue works.  It does reduce volume some though.  There is a thread on this in here but I don't have the link handy.
