Depends on the size of the box. Generally I try and put the bridge about 1/4 to 1/3 of the way up the box from the bottom end and the finger board is cut to fit.

What Duck said. It really depends on where you've selected to place your bridge, scale length, and physical length of your box. If I did my math right, with 24 frets you'll have roughly 1 1/2" of overlap onto the box for your fretboard at the 24th fret. Fretboard will land really close (or on) your pickup assuming it goes a bit beyond the last fret. Good looking build!

I personally think that the closer the bridge is to the edge of the box the thinner the tone. If you put the bridge more in the position shown in the picture posted by Thomas "Duck" Petry you will get a fuller, richer and louder tone. It all depends on the sound you want from the CBG. Putting it close the the edge of the box might be better of you want to turn up the amplified volume and play bright leads. Play with the positioning of the bridge and see what works for you!
