Hi Holly, try a draper and ask for curtain grommets.  Alternatively, ebay has gazillions of them: Curtain Grommets on ebay.co.uk.  I hope this helps.

Holly I make my own. It depends on how DIY you want to go. The top of a gator aid bottle makes a great size or a 16 oz Dr. Pepper bottle ( or coke or soda or whatever) you need the top of the bottle some screen and some metal duct tape. Here are both sizes. They look ok I think. I wish I had thought of this. I found the tutorial on YouTube. If you search "how to make a sound hole cover" in the search on YouTube you should see it there. Hope this helps.
