If you have a search for a member called Janis Wilson Hughes I know she had a schematic for a lean back guitar rack out of PVC piping. Sorry, I don't have a link to it. You could also try a site search at the top right of the page for guitar rack or guitar stand and it may show the plans there. Hope you find what you're looking for.

I'm building a simple one for a single git I designed that hangs on the wall. I'll post a pic when I git er done (if it works). I made a floor stand, I don't have a pic of the stand itself but here it is holding the guitar. I donated the guitar for a raffle and the winner loved the stand and wanted it too. It was an impromptu the morning of the raffle and made out of 3/4" mdf, about 40" of conduit, a dowel and a tool hook.
