Tell us a bit more, are the strings slipping on the post, or the post gear is slipping relative to the worm gear on the tuning peg?

pretty sure the gear slips off the worm screw when the string is under tension

are  they  open  tuners  ? and   did  you  install  them   with the    round    gears   on  the bottom  (facing the nut  ,) ?   got a  picture  of the back  ?

Agree with AP, some photos will help. Is the post pretty tight inside the headstock hole?

the middle tuner is giving me the most grief. The top one also slipped, but I re-seated it and it seems to hold its tune.

Hmmmm, interesting. I'm grasping at straws a bit, but are the screws snug which hold the gears to the post? Had an issue like that with a factory guitar one time.
