Hey, Thanks! The closest date right now is the PA CBG Fest in York PA this August. That is an amazing time, with so many awesome acts and builders, so if that's a possibility for you, you should definitely try to make it out for that event. I will be working on booking more northern dates in the month surrounding that festival, so I'll definitely let you know, and if you have any particular venue that you'd recommend, I'd love to hear it. Thanks again. I appreciate the friendship!
I was re-reading one of your messages and noticed that you said that the cbg you built for me was "No work of art" I beg to differ kind Sir! This thing is Bad Friggen Ass!!! Thank you yet again!
Oh by the way, I have to apologize for future posts. I have a feeling that every time I play this, I'm going to have the urge to write and thank you again!
Glad to be a part of it with you too Ted. You really got the "ancient art of weaving" as Keith calls it down perfect on JJF and Live with Me. Spot on playing.
Hi Ted, I've noticed your kind comments to me and to others. Thanks. Also, like your builds and really liked your playing on the vid beneath the bird art, I am a birder. What is the story on the art?
Hey Ted. The amp sounds great.Def, more low end.It was a bit of a pain though. The amp is really made tough and not designed to take apart. Care has to be taken when put back together so there are no rattles/vibrations. I'm glad I did it and it's worth it. I just probably won't be doing another in the near future. Thanks for the friend request.
Ted - I do think a bass would work fine- as long as you don't crank it.
I believe bass amp speakers are made with a longer movement in the speaker itself.
Let me know how the compressor works out.
Hey Ted- your welcome. I'm just paying it forward. Back in the old days on yahoo groups Shane and the entire cigar box groups shared everything- just passing on what I learned.
Glad you like my ideas. It's a fun addiction isn't it?
Thank you very much for your very friendly words... I appreciate very strongly, i say it like that, you re one important brother, Ted ...°<[:-) [---]==={...
