Mando peoples,
I need some advice. I built a 4 string cigar box mando last summer and was dissatisfied with the sound - and a little bit so with the playability. I got it out today; pretty, box has nice thump tone, JUMBO FRETS!!
Do not know what I was thinking... Do you think changing the frets to mediums or smaller would help tone and playability?
