Screwfix is the first place that comes to mind. They do have some, but if they don't have exactly what you want you might like to try Stage-electrics.

There seems to be a better concentration of members further north, so it seemed like a good idea to get organised so that we could make the most of what is going on in the area.

It seems to me that exchanging information on resources has always been part of what this site is about. This gives the opportunity to go a bit more "local" with the information.
