Didl-E-Bow
any one ever combine a didly bow with an e-bow .
that would be a fairly simple build . just have a deep base with a cut out for the ebow . may be make a "carriage" for the ebow , so you could slide it up and down , you could easily make a one string pick-up . incorporate a volume and a wah wah pedal .
that would be the coolest !

That would give truly unique sounds for sure. I have an ebow, but really only got it to work musically with one string. Maybe my ebow is bad, but things like multi-string arpeggios like I've seen on youtube, I could never get to work. So an instrument customized for eboy like you say would be cool indeed.

they ARE tricky , i am going to have to try this sometime , never messed with a didly bow , but it looks really basic compared to the 4 string cbg i pulled off . it turned out well , so . .
i just need to get some more parts !
