Here's a real short clip to see if anybody's interested in collaborating with a total dummy. I don't know how to play at all I just make up stuff that I think sounds okay. This thing I did on a three string box that I built has sort of a country feel, I played it lap dobro style with a bar. This is just a sample, I can redo it, make it longer or change it up a bit and maybe someone with a more talent than I got might be able to do something with it.

I was able to download the ZIP file, thanks!
I would love to check out some of these tunes, but everything is in .au or .aup file format for windows. Is there anyway you could put an mp3 version up. That way both mac and pc users can hear what's going on?

Thanks in advance and happy recording,
-B
Ok here is the rerecorded version. Tuning is GDG. In the zip file is an audacity project with a little echo on it and the original dry mp3.

Cool, I'm hoping to get back to being able to record this weekend: will take a look then.

Brady, the .aup file, along with the associated _data folder, should be openable in Audacity on any platform where Audacity runs (Windows, Mac, Linux). The 1.3 beta version is what we are using, downloadable from here:

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/

I think folks have agreed to post individual tracks as MP3s as well: those tracks won't be as high fidelity as the "raw" audio stored in the Audacity data directory, though.
Here is a little addition to your tune. I added some mellotron strings and choir as well as 2 percussion tracks. I also EQd your guitar track. See what you can do with it...
