folks, at dianes request, here is close up of the frets we black out at the beginning. These are the notes to avoid on a standard strumstick, they're either for the more advanced players, or just a shortcoming of mass producing the instrument at a $100 price point, u decide.

u dont need to wait for Diane to post chord diagrams folks. Listen carefully to the vid and watch how i build a few. U can build ur own chords, its pretty simple really ♥

Thanks for the post of this vid.  It is very challenging to think that the stummers we've been building can be so versitle.  I'm not sure I'm ready to take it on, but it's nice to know I can go a lot further with these little instruments....

Jef has some other split-fret fingerboards which are so complicated I don't even know where to start.  Check his photos!
