I feel just by looking at them that they invoke a time long gone,the sound of a slide on those strings evoke so many emotions,as a beginner i feel so inspired by all those cats that can play so well,Ry Cooder is an idol i love,if i could play an ounce of his talent it would be the embodiment of all.

    Hi Keith, I thought I would drop you a note as I'm in Blighty and new to 3string. Like you I love playing although a beginner.
    I play upright bass in a big band for the last 10 odd years and bought a license plate resonate on a whim as I was spending 10days in a caravan whilst senior management did her own thing.
    I had more fun in those 10days than for years! And its smaller than even my E.U.B in the van.
