- Making music on an instrument you made yourself is magical! I'm a sculptor by profession and love making things by hand. Took bass lessons in high school then learned rhythm guitar about 18 years ago. Just started building CBGs for fun last year. Now I can't stop.

I just wanted to give you a shout out for the stubby slides you make. They are some of my favorites because of their size, the evenness of their roundness, their thickness, the smoothness of the finish and the beautiful colors. They are top quality slides. I have bought 3 so far and even gave one of them away to a friend. I'm just waiting for them to come out in Yellow, Red, and Orange :) Keep up the excellent work!
