- I like the true raw rustic sound and feeling of handmade, homestyle instruments. I typically do not add magnetic pick-ups as I feel they detract from the original idea of what a cigar box guitar really is.

So, please describe how you do the wire frets. I've used nails and several kinds of staples with some degree of success but the wire intrigues me.
