Thanks Tres for your files.
I download them and i see at they have saved with audacity 1.3.5 beta and now is 1.3.9 beta version released.

1.3.5beta is the latest supported version on my operating system (Ubunut 8.4 "Hardy Heron"). We should be fine interoperating with other 1.3.x versions, although I think older versions (1.2.x) can't open files saved by 1.3.x.

Jep, older versions (1.2.x) not open your file. I download 1.3.9 beta version

Ok, I played around with audio a bit this morning. Added some skat/gibberish near the front, and played my pvc clarinet a little near the end. Let me know what you think:

Sounds cool -- glad you were able to add stuff. Did you mean to share the individual scat / clarinet tracks too (or the Audacity project file?)

I didn't save the individual tracks, but I did save the project file if anyone wants it.

OK, I've added a bass track to Ted's whistle and coffeetable. I'm uploading both a zip of the Audacity project file and its samples, plus an MP3 mixdown. I will also upload an MP3 export of the "bare" bass track.

I think it would be interesting, just so that folks can see how the tracking maps onto what they hear. From the .aup file and data, we can always export a given track, too.

I had a little trouble with aup file being to large. But I have a track of just my input and a track of my input combined with yours:
