Underside of head. Oh and I used gelatine glue here. I glued the neck pieces together with titebond wood glue (I should not have to remove that any time soon).

Works out really well. I've used it on a number of 'high end' builds since and no issues. String tension is no issue and I do my build here a little different than some. about half of us put the scarf on 'top' like me. Some put it under but that tends to show the joint on the head face. Not pretty in my opinion.
how did this work out? was that "construction" steady enough for the string tension? im working on the headstock for my cbg and how i can make it angled. check my photos again and see if you can give me any hints.
