(providing I can find another cheap charity shop find, or failing that, the Missus has a very nice “Shiny Stainless Steel” pan sitting in the cupboard!!!!!)

"Thanks" Jim Morris, Yes! Roast Very Mmmm, don't know about the States, but in days of yore in the Land Down Under, the tradition every Sunday Lunch, was a Family Roast, usually in our case Roast Lamb & Baked Vegies.
"Thanks" Uncle John, Yes! I'm happy with the look, and it did have an smell to it when purchased, thanks to bit of leftover residue of burnt on Beef/Pork/ Lamb/ Chicken fat etc. ;-)
