UK Beginner here
Hi all. I cant even play guitar yet but hooked on the building :)
Took real interest after seeing Reverend Peytons Big Damn Band in Manchester a couple of years ago and decided to buy one of these things, Straight away I thought ' I can do that ' ! but never got around to it due to lack of wood working tools. Anyways, after watching a few vids and the purchase of a few cheap tools and clamps I managed to get a couple done, nothing special but sound pretty sweet. SO NOW I GOTTA LEARN SOME TUNES!!!!. Any tips on easy songs would be appreciated.

Hi Neil, and welcome! Nice to see another northerner on here. Are you local to Manchester?
If you want to learn, there are a number of free videos on here, which are great. The best place to go though would be my friend Paul Boyle's website www.paulboyle.net - he's a guitar teacher and has made a series of CBG lessons which are available on Vimeo for a small fee.

Hi Richard, thanks for the reply, I'll certainly check out Paul's site. I'm actually about 20 miles north of Manchester but often visit for gigs. Saw the Rev there a couple of times at the Grill stock festival but they seem to have moved this to Bristol!
