i don't really spend too much time trying to protect my cbg... i think it gives it character...but my favorite is a little rough looking anyway. but if you have enough ingenuity (sp?) to build a guitar, i'm pretty sure you could build a case pretty easy...i've thought about a few ideas but haven't settled on anything
Depending on the overall length, the Ukulele bag cases are relatively cheap. They come in various sizes for tenor, baritone ...etc etc. I have a couple of these kinds of bag cases but plan on upgrading to a hardshell case for my "mini archtop" that I just finished. I've also made hard shell cases, like this one for my double neck contest entry.
