This may also be helpful...The 3 string Greek Bouzouki (there are two types of Greek Bouzoukia, the original with 3 pares of strings, and the latter with 4 pairs of strings) is also tuned DAd. It's usually played as a lead instrument, though at times it is also used to play chords. This website has chords for the 3 string Greek Bouzouki, which since it has the same tuning, are the same http://www.xs4all.nl/~hspeek/bouzouki/dad/index.html

So , on the bouzouki chart, the diagrams that have a number beside of them ... that is a fret number?

interesting enough, this is the higher 3 strings of mandolin tuning.. so most any mando chord chart will work...
also, for u guitar players, its the bottom 3 off a gitt, but flipped..
take a close look at the chord shapes and u may see what i mean...

Yes, Matt. I am such a simpleton, I re-drew my most used chords. That is an amazing chart!

It was my mandolin-playing friend who pointed this out to me! Har, I actually PLAY the mandolin (poorly but with enthusiasm), but the obvious was not so obvious!
