This could be git related or not. So, what's on your workbench at the moment?

I have 4 scarf joint necks in different stages of work.

A 25" scale pine 5 string neck for a Banjo-Res, A 25" scale Red Oak neck for my 6 string Strat-Res build, A 24 & 1/2" scale Red Oak neck for my 6 string Double Cut Tele build and a 27" scale 6 string Baritone Conversion neck for a Modern Strat body I have.

Hey Blues Frog, there could be a "Show Us Ya Wall" segment idea here.

Yours looks well-stocked, do you work your way through playing them? I have to show my other wall now. Ha Ha.
Taff

Taff,
I do play some of them. I tend to play the six string acoustics and the CBGs on a kinda rotational basis.

I like the "Show Us Ya Wall" idea. Sounds like a good thread to start. Lets see what everybody's got

hi again Blues Frog, Posts on this part of the forum are pretty thin these days, so it possibly would not be supported much. Anyway, here's a photo of my other wall. I go through mine from time to time, mainly the 6 and 12 strings at the moment.

Cheers Taff

Taff,

I showed my busiest wall as it were which pales in comparison. That's a nice bunch of instruments you have there.

Yeah, the posts aren't like they used to be, other than this one. Still, its a good place for knowledge and to find others who have the obsession with the hobby.
Speaking of which, I just finished a new cigr box amp and am workig on a fuzz box pedal

That is a very impressive wall, Taff!

My "wall" is embarrassingly weak compared to those!  I end up gifting or donating most of my builds so I'd have to piece together a collage to even get in the game 🤣

.
I'm amazed too at how few posts we get these days, is there some other forum people have migrated to?

Took a box for a footpedal and made it into a footpedal. Super easy and cheap "Fuzz" pedal.

hi, well that's a cost-saving idea. Don't stomp on it too hard. Hahaha.

Taff

Taff,

It's a surpisingly sturdy box design. The fold over top sits on the body and is very stiff. Of course a seriously hard stomp could cause some damage......

It reminded me of two things, one, a recent repair because of all the wires hanging out, and two, using a box, in this instant a case, to build a project.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

Go to hardware store and buy a metal double light utility box. About 10 dollars.
