It's a mystery to me. The double neck I finished before this is so dark, in a good way, and this one is surf city. Ah well, I really dig the mystery of finally getting a gat strung up and seeing how it sounds. This one might get a neck pickup on a blend pot when I can buy one to match what's on it now.
