My feeble attempt. I hope to become a little more fluid with it someday. Fretless 3 string with a Gitty clip on pickup through a Microcube.

Thanks again Scot.

Thanks for the quick reply.  You get the sounds I'm hoping for, and your build has such a classic look.

Thanks Stoogemaniac. I was in a bad place when I did this. Was so thankful to have this little shorty build as I couldn't move very well at the time. I may just redo this one. I was only playing a short while at the time.

Thanks again.

Wow! I haven't watched this in months. Thanks for the kind words Scot.

It's tuned GDG I think. Any 1-5-1 tuning should work though. . That's my shortest scale build at 20 inches. Haven't played her in quite sometime.

If you're looking to pick it out, it's pretty much on the- open, 2nd, 4th and 5th frets for most of the song.. You hit the 7th fret during the "I will walk alone" part of the chorus. Most of the melody is done on the bottom string. There's a lillte slide from the 1st to 2nd fret during the chorus too.

Thanks again. Hope you enjoy your new obsession.

Beautiful. Makes you reflect on things while you're listening to it. Nice job.

I'm new to the CBG world, but found your Black Muddy River vid on YouTube and was mesmerized.  Can you share what tuning this is and the scale on your CBG?

Thanks!

Maddog...thats sounds like a great place to be. I hope to do some more soon.

Thanks Slowhand! Had a great day at the cabin, fretted a couple of CBG's out on the porch and listened to good music. Had a couple Arturo Fuentes and a few Coors also while watching the Muddy Mo roll by.

Keep em' comin'.
