Dave Lynas said… I Don't think your tail piece is bad. I'd use it for sure. I'll grind on its shape a bit, but i like the string part. It's a good tailpiece. I worked some old bone today, cut it on my band saw and sanded the pieces into nuts. They are a little short, but will work good for 3 and 4 stringers. I started on build #26. A box four string with frets. I cut a Cherry neck for it and a Spruce top. The neck is coming out nice so far. The box is already built by Michael's. I'll just fit the neck and add my Spruce top.
