Placing piezio rod

Can someone help me with a diagram or good description on how to place a rod piezio pickup under the bone? Does the bone go directly on the pickup or is the pickup in a channel under the saddle?Also…Continue

I make lots of diferent things and have always loved guitars and music. I heard a cbg while searching the e-net for simple guitar lessons and knew I had to have, build and learn to play one. To make it simple , I'd like to start with a three string instrument that I can learn bottle neck slide . I love the blues. If you have a three stringer I'll be in rochester this weekend finishing a remodel of my daughters kitchen. This is all very new to me so any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks , Rene
