Well, I tried the eyebolt thing but was not quite happy with it.  So i re-worked it and came up with this idea- The wingnuts provide tension, and the plastic knobs allow me to control my tuning a bit…Continue

So I built my first CBG.  I don't really want to invest in real tuners for this first run...but I am not happy with the eye bolt tuners.Anyone have other ideas???Continue

"Unless the eye bolts are free, the bolt washers nuts etc seem to cost as much as a few cheap used tuners. Go get some real tuners you will be much happier with you cbg. You can always take them off and put them on the next one if its that much…"
