Thought I already responded to you...oops.   I understand the ambition part.  Mine is mostly finding the time!  Luckily I have a patient wife that puts up with my hobbys.  The other issue is space.  Really cramped for space, but I've carved out a decent little space.  If you have projects you want to get rid of, perhaps we can trade things of sorts?
