My sixth guitar, another 3 stringer. I started with a piece of oak exactly one inch wide. I glued two quarter inch strips of poplar to each side to widen it properly. Made for a nice contrast. Bolivian rosewood fretboard and another Kristoff box turned backwards makes for a pretty guitar.

This is a good looking guitar, and I also like the sound holes. Nice job.

Comment by Michael Van Slyke on August 29, 2012 at 2:39pm Thanks, Bluesheart. The tops of the sound holes were slightly inspired by the crests attached to the forehead of samurai helmets.
