back angle step 2. after you mark your lines you remove your neck and prepare to cut. ( leave the line on both sides ). i cut out this wedge with my utility fret saw. works perfect and accurate. then file to your lines. the goal is one solid flat foot print. check square and also fret surface side to side level. adjust by filing. check angle. when happy move to step three. notice wedge shape scrap. if you aren't cutting a wedge. check your measurements. good luck.
