neck wood, find the hardest you can find, recycled natives look nice, avoid pine if you can , if you can't make sure the grain is going the right way i.e. |||||||||||| instead of: _or \

what are you planning on making?

cigar boxes:

A) try trade me, beware though its expensive.

B) Havana house : on customs st west off queen st.  expensive too, but at least you can see what they have.

C) CB gitty will send them from the states, nice boxes, bigger sized and no annoying do not smoke adds to peel off. you can order other parts while you are at it (fret wire tuners etc)

hi all new here any help on how to make one of these awesome guitars would be great. i live in auckland

sweet as

last time i used a drill press to sandwich them in which gave a much better result, if she can scam one of those (especially for the tuning machines too) from someone, it makes the job a lot quicker.

Thanks for this Kalmario. I don't think she's fitted frets before. This info will really help.
