I emailed the fellow that had been hosting the FolkInfo.org website and he says he's working with a couple of other parties to see if they can host his ABC Converter on their web servers. He said He'd let me know what grows out of these two projects. So, with any luck we'll be seeing it again in the near future. Thanks again for giving me the idea of emailing him.
Thanks for the idea of emailing "jonbanjo" the guy who had "owned" Folkinfo.org. I have emailed him, and we'll see what his ideas may be for hosting his superior ABC Converter on an alternate web site, or for letting us have the code to see what we can do with it.
I'm am sorry for ranting on about frets and I if knew how I would remove my comments - I didn't mean what I said and I know that Cigar Box Nation is not the right place for an argument.
