Quick question if anyone tunes in....is it best to ground the tin sign if using one in a build (with humbucker under the sign).

No, you will want to isolate the pickup from the sign or you will ground out the pickup, which will give you no sound? You can use tape or paint/lacquer to insulate them from each other? Good luck on your build :)
