I had to join the site so I could say thank you to everyone that has given any direction to me so far. Even at the local music shops here people look at me like I'm on fire when I say I've been building cigar box guitars. Thankfully I found this place. Once again I just want to say thanks to everyone. The info here has gotten me through three good builds so far. I will get the pictures up as soon as I can.

I'm finding the responses getting more and more favorable when I mention that I build CBG's now days.
I also have gotten many comments since I live and sell in a large tourist area from the tourists themselves, that its "nice" to see something different and "fresh" instead of the same ole same ole in shop after shop"
I dont know how many people here deal with tourists regularly but to get a NICE compliment is something we dont hear often.
