That’s totally doable? Saturate a cigar in epoxy resin, drill out the center after it hardens?

I have seen a kazoo made from an old 60’s gag cigar made of plastic? You see some pretty odd instruments at mardi gra’s down in New Orleans!!

It's funny you say that BrianQ. I learned the chords and thought it sounded so empty without the organ. The all of a sudden it hit me... Kazoo!!!
