There is no such thing, it’s been a regulation since before we were all born? The all wood boxes like the ones below are easier to remove the labels though?

You can probably find an empty wood box from a craft store that will work? CBGITTY sells blank wooden boxes like the one below, but the best option is to make your own?

Thanks for your responses. I wasn’t clear enough. I have an older el roi-tan box with no fed tax stamp or printed cautions on bottom. One very small Oklahoma tax stamp at.50 cents
