Hi Tim, if you can't find the actual plans and you are not aiming to copy that build exactly, then you could draw up your own plan. What I did was to use my regular 3 or 6-string box and ad a bass neck, or rather half a bass neck. Literally.

Of course, the bass scale is different and that will put the bridge in a different position on the box. I'm sure you would find fret positioning info on this site.

I'm assuming you will be making this bass electric, so box volume is not so important in getting deeper bass tones.

The box I used was just used to attach everything to and hide the controls, as I used a breadboard as the main body.
