STAR SPANGLED BANGER - Star Spangled Banner/Dixieland/Flower of Scotland/Loch Lomond

Hi.Seeing as we are in similar circumstances and have even more time to pursue this fantastic vocation I thought I'd share this.I have abandoned the earphone pickups and upped (?) my game. This is made from an old Vaseline tin,an old length of hardwood with two wood blinds(proposed fret board venture.I was out of my depth) (you might recognise it from the photos from my old cardboard diddley. The nut is an old barrel bolt end piece. The wooden bridge houses a strip of metal slotted and glued into it and the tailpiece is from an old tea strainer. All materials from house junk and stuff from charity shops.String is 16 gauge electric.Pickup from second hand guitar shop.I don't know the make or model
In the recording I have tried to capture the current sense of emergency and fear everyone must be feeling by adding siren effects.
Why Hendrix?A fantastic version at Woodstock.I love the rendition after hearing it years ago.I have always wanted to do a similar thing with Flower Of Scotland so this hopefully does the job. There WERE some sound troubles making this so I had to cut the start off.I played some 'Loch Lomond'/Dixieland(?)for good measure.Equipment used - Spider Line 6 amp/Zoom 505 II Guitar Effects pedal set at A2 all recorded through my phone camera which does not do the sound quality justice.I love the flexibility of one string and the instant ease of playing melodies and solos.I will hopefully upload more soon.Hope and peace of mind, body and soul to all builders and players.

I never thought I'd see the word eclectic in any replies. It was nearly not ELECTRIC!! .I had to resolder the connections. Thanks for the kind comments past and maybe future. Please feel free to be critical.I am keen to learn from the old (and young) sages out there.Personally I thought I may have overdid the guns and bombers but hey ho many a historical figure has got away with that...
